My vision graph looks like that most games.
Tbh not that special in gold or lower elos. It's a tank meta - and the team, which cracks the tanks faster wins and snowballs: which is usually botlane. Having started my rankeds late this year it's incredible how messy games with low elo mates are. I see so many games where literally 4 out of players get 1/8 stats or worse. The best chance of winning any lane has is getting their botlane ahead. Once one botlane starts feeding they usually don't stop, be it 2v2 in low elo - or 3v2 in dives (tank meta...) in higher elo.
... we aren't in a tank meta
Maybe not, but tanks are actually in a decent place right now, which is why ADCs seem so powerful, they counter tanks.
2 tanks per team in competitive and constant Cho / Mao / Seju bans tend to disagree with your assessment.
Doesn't matter what they play in competitive the meta currently it is all about the ad carry more so than ever.
