Make Galio ult targetable, the shield is long gone
It doesn't shield the ally you ult to anymore and Pantheon's is practically the same and he does more damage.

The issue is that his ultimate is a 1000 radius knockup. If it were targetable, he’d be able to deny an entire lane width without an ally engaging first.
He has a big knockup when he comes in and then taunts everyone afterwards. Sounds way, way worse to deal with than Pantheon who deals some damage and stuns 1 target.
No, this is an awful idea. He'll have ridiculous objective control if the ult is free target. You can't even safely drag or baron without fearing this dude would come in and completely break your team apart. If your team locks the enemy in the dragon or baron pit, that's the easiest ace of your life.
