Garen needs to be toned down

If he is meant to be a beginner players champion, then make him so. Take away a good chunk of his damage, weaken his spin damage or something. If you wont tone him down his damage, rework him to be more complex and rewarding for the player. Garen, fed or nor, should never be doing things like having near 1.5k true damage with his ult, no one should. It's absurd and broken. You can't avoid it or build against it. Doing 1-1.5k true damage is a shit tone. It's not always that high, but it is always a good 900 at least. Make him work for it.
