Akali Counter
Hes back baby. Talon has faster burst, and aoe (shroud useless), and his own form of invisibility which i think is more useful then akali's. Even his team fighting is better. Who needs a silence.

An Akali counter? Have you heard of the new champion called Pink Ward? :)
He's not as safe as before, but his damage was buffed in return.
Biggest reason he started getting so popular was because of how safe he was.
Common misconception, he was nerfed not buffed. :)
I know, he was nerfed in the removal of his silence. His damage got a slight buff in return, still nerfed, but my point stands.
If you call 1 mercy empowered auto attack a buff then you obviously don't play this champ.
A shitty buff is still a buff, even if it was worthless. :P
Just in case my reasoning seems a little bad, I'll explain how it wasn't a buff. His numbers weren't changed at all. The fact that his e now slows hasn't increased talon's damage, instead it just changed the order of his combo. The full damage combo used to be e-w-aa-q-r, now it can just go e-aa-q-w-r. Same amount of damage, just different skill order. Also, cut-throat does not immediately proc an auto on activation, that's why this e change was pointless. Unless you are building attack speed you aren't gonna take the full animation time to use an extra auto right after using cut-throat and before using rake, that would in essence give your enemy more time to react and use up more of the time you have to proc cut-throat's damage amplification. I feel like none of the developers even took the time to play this champ before they nerfed him.
Oh, my bad, thought they had upped the damage on one of his abilities. Was that on pbe and just didn't go live or did I misread somewhere?
Its not really your fault, they dressed the change up as a buff to his damage, but in actuality it was merely an extra way to proc his passive, which is completely unnecessary when he already has his rake skill. Really they were just downplaying the fact that it was a very big nerf by adding some "compensation".
