Hourglass is good keep it, but don't let people buy more than one of this effect at a time (maybe if you have ornn on your team you can buy hourglass and zhonyas together, or you're playing zilean).
Remove gold from plating. Damaging a tower IS the reward.
In general champs need buffs not nerfs.. Then RIOT can trim kits to allow champions to fit their very specific power fantasies. Basically buff them, then nerf them so their functions don't overlap.
As the roster grows the space available in the LOL world decreases, because there's only so many different things the designers can do in the game. Assuming RIOT is building the world around the champions, the champions should be as interesting and unique as possible.
Bugfix morde. The champ's thematic has a lot of potential.
I think gamers are among the angriest consumer bases out there, so RIOT should take their bitching with a ton of salt.
