Leblanc rework rengar revert but fizz....?

I would like a response from a rioter on the state of fizz you guys are reworking leblanc because you've agreed her rework is a failure. You guys reverted rengar because rengar mains dislike how it feels...Almost every fizz main hated the rework because of how it feels and his gameplay in all honestly is very unhealthy. If you land a fish on a squishy max range you almost are guarenteed to kill them unless they have lulu or janna (shields for days max range ulti ignite flash protobelt but the shields are too much thats another discussion though) and it feels horrible for them. Putting a 2nd second delay on a melee assassin you forced him to either land a max range ulti and 1shot people or...well get insanely fed doing that early on and one shotting them without ulti. Either way it seems his gameplay is very unhealthy and not fun since fizz only has 1 combo now. Fizz is not in a bad state right now but that doesn't mean he doesn't need changes. So what does riot plan on doing with fizz?
