I think that as she uses her spells, she gains like a fireball that flies around or circles her. As she gets closer to her stun, she'll have a halo or like a circle of fireballs just flying around her to signify that my stun is ready. I bring this up because not only will it help my lane opponent gain a bit of summoner 13 , it will help me because(and at the risk of sounding like a noob) I play better when I look good.

Yeah but from what I've seen with most threads on Annie, people are blind and QQ about "Hard to see" swirl.
