JInx used to be a lone counter... (primarily)

I remember back towards the end of season 4 and early season 5, Jinx was strong because she excelled against tanks or bruisers with her minigun passive attack speed build, but now, the only thing jinx has over most other ADC's is her E.

Now has the same if not more tank melting potential than jinx, and a stun. ^ minus the stun. melts everything. and every other popular ADC does the same thing. Why?

with other options like to work with as alternate "melt a tank" options.

These items are built on almost all ADC's right now and tanks can't defend from it. All adc's have insane attack speed, armor shred, and damage thrown in with it. I'd say that kog and ashe have ruined jinx, but really, jinx has just lost her place amongst the common tank melter because every adc can do it without the bonus of abilities that can do more than jinx. At this point, jinx needs a small rework to make her unique again, her R it a high damage no stun version of Ashe's R and her Q is a worse version of Ashe's Q with some AOE. Her E and W are fine, but the rest of 's kit is just wasy to aquire on other's now with more utility rhan jinx.

Bonus, mages have to work with, considerably less options.
