Ok, I get that there are over 950+ skins and champions you'd have to work this into, and with some champions (Yorick) getting a rework soon it'd be a waste at this moment, but hear me out. Since the upcoming patches are going to be relatively calm and/or more time will be spent on the upcoming pre-season update, this could also be thrown in.

I mean look at this! Some of these look amazing and I wouldn't mind actually not tabbing out of games if these were added.

Okay, to address the first and biggest issue, many computers couldn't handle this or it would slow them down drastically, solution? Add an oiption just like in the login screeen for the game! If there is music, add one for that too! It would be a 1 time press and would solve the problem for slow loaders, BOOM.

And I already mentioned that a lot of time will already be spent on the upcoming pre-season patches and everything, couldn't this be one of the updates? We had one major HUD update already, this could be the next. (I've heard rumors of another HUD already? Or a complete client update? IDK if these are true)

I mean really, Riot pulled in over 1 billion dollars in 2015, I'm sure this could be covered with whatever spare money there is in Riot. First there was the huge visual updates in season 5 removing the bland black background in the oading screen alongside many other visual updates and then more over the past year, but can't we have this option too?

Now obviously some of them are missing absolute needs like summoner spells, icons, and rank, but that is why you are Riot, you make sure most/all of the needs are present. Things like a chat would be cool but not absolutely needed.

Also, Imagine what you could do with legendary, ultimate, or limited edition skins! The project skins that have borders could have some cool additions too. Or what you could do with special events like the harrowing or Christmas, the possibilities are pretty vast and it is something I would really enjoy seeing.

TL;DR Animated loading screens would be a great HUD update. It would take time, yes, but it would allow for many cool events and loading screens. Toasters would be allowed to turn the animations off with a simple click of a button similar to the login screen. Riot made 1 billion dollars in 2015, im sure this wouldn't make the biggest dent in that.
