Nerf ranged top laners

The most picked top laners in the LCK summer playoffs are: Gnar, Jayce, Gangplank, Kennen, and Quinn.

For context there was one chogath and one yasuo pick (which both lost) but the rest were ranged tops or gangplank who is pretty much as close as you can get to a ranged top laner without having ranged AAs.

Nobody likes playing vs ranged top laners, bring back the tanks to top lane.
