Rumble ultimate cd should be lowered

Hi! I'm Rumble main with more than 250k champion experience. And I think Rumble is too weak atm even after the buffs last patch.
Last year Rumbles ultimate got nerfed cd was increased. It really wasn't that bad thing last year but now it feels like you need it more often. So I think it should be reverted to last years cd. This is my opinion. Ask me something Or give me feedback.
