Lux innately has it bad in tank metas, but presently her high E mana cost and the clunkiness of her W and E really hold her back these days. Topics have been thrown around a lot about it (several by me), but never has a Rioter come to chime in.

and it seems like she has a pretty constant 50% winrate, combined with a pretty nice 10% popularity rating. She seems in a good place.
The only thing I would change is make her W instant cast, but I'm not even sure she really needs it.
