Can We Get An Addition To Riven's Passive?

Runic Blade

Riven's blade gains a Charge for 5 seconds every time she uses an ability (stacks up to 3 times). Riven's basic attacks consume a Charge when available to deal 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50% AD bonus physical damage.

Suggestion Every 5th time Runic Blade strikes an enemy, Riven's next ability becomes empowered gaining +0 / +50 / +75 / +100 Range and +25 / +30 / +35 / +40 / +45 / +50% AD additional scaling. While empowered, Valor can be cast to pass through thin walls and terrain.

Riven is in a somewhat balanced state atm. Why buff her?

That's like saying give tryndamere a range buff + a crit damage buff.

Id much rather have changes to Riven rather than straight up buffs like this. Things to make her more accessible for new players while also keeping her large skill ceiling would be great.
