Just think on that a bit.

Edit: By unhealthy tank builds I mean builds like Ekko item 3025 item 3068 item 3065 item 3111 item 3026 item 3053 , or Yasuo item 3078 item 3022 item 3026 item 3068 item 3053 item 3111 .

By unhealthy tank item abusers, think Fizz ,Ekko , and currently Yasuo . They have always used sheen.

well just 2 that have been abused but sheen is an item that hasn't been abused on any champion that is actually meant to build it.

what are you gonna do about the other 30 champs that use it perfectly fine? buff them?
