?
Like Instead of dealing "75% BASE AD + 50% AP " Lichbane did like "100-200+50% AP?"?
And then make it build out of 
Codex or something so Lichbane keeps the CDR potion?
What do you guys think? you would be losing the 250 mana portion but gain way more damage and a much more synergistic buildpath for AP champions imo (mages dont really like Sheen ).

Because of sheen, it is used in iceborn and trinity, also the fact that quite a few champions NEED the mana that lichbane gives. Ever played Diana?

Why in the hell are you building Sheen on Diana? in nearly all cases RAW AP from blasting wand or the Aether Wisp is better so you can AOE down the wave faster with Q+W

I prefer the burst of lichbane and nashors, but i haven't played her in a long ass time, but you haven't explained about the other 2 items that require sheen, also plenty of champions build lichbane that still require the mana buff.

I see what you mean by removing sheen but quite a lot of champions still need the early mana by building lichabane first along with the on hit
A lot of players rush lichbane for the AP the onhit after spell and the MANA

also might I recommend you NOT rush Lich Bane in future games? Due to Lich banes nature of Scaling in power with your AP rushing Lich Bane is very often sub-optimal the same as rushing a

I normally don't have to get another item first to snowball thanks to the new BROKEN AS FUCK RIOT IS DUMB AS FUCK RUNES. Before that depending on who I was playing I would buy another item first, but the mana of lichbane was usually still quite needed.

nm10101 votesI wouldn't mind it, but champions who frequently went revolver sheen items would lose an item. I'm not sure how that would impact them as I'm not a big Fizz or Ekko player.
Bhagswag1 votesNo, because all hextech items have a cooldown for add-on damage. being able to use the hextech damage after using ability is going around that 40 second cooldown.

I'd argue that because Lich Bane offers none of the above and is purely single target damage it would be okay to keep its cool down very similar to what it is on live.
