That's because PBE is a joke, people on there only play it just so they can play new champs and skins not to actually bug check. Though props to those of you guys that work hard looking for bugs we need more of you.

its not even that when the did the new pbe sign up and added the new wave of testers was in mid November. That's in the middle of a holiday season. Also u have to buy all your rune pages and runes with ip. Its like starting over but you get every champ and skin but no runes or rune pages. It turned me off pbe.

Its not really hard to buy all the runes and pages, they give you 100,000 IP and 40,000 RP also I believe they level your account from 1 to 30 after the first day, but don't quote me on that one.

The current issue seems to be caused by an overload of players using it. Can't effectively test that on PBE.

It's one of the reasons I dislike the new system being forced on ranked, even longer queue times.
