Realistically..... About 70% luck. At most one person can fill the role of about a person and a half, and that's about the extent of it.

While in the absolute fairest terms I agree with you, that it is indeed luck based to win.. (as you are relying on the other players to make small mistakes) The longer the game is, and the more mistakes you and the other team make, along with masteries / runes / items / champions compositions.. all of this add up to different variables. Along with champions that are completely different. AD or AP. Tank / Burst / Lane Bully / et cetera / et cetera

Everything constantly changes, throughout the game.

Starting of the game, middle of game, end of game, extreme late game, Dragon / Baron / Inhibitors.. Even the Champions/runes/masteries BEFORE the game even starts changes the tide of the game.

So yes, there is a fair amount of luck relying on players to make mistakes, but there is way more strategy and planning involved other then blind luck to win a game.
