Can anyone in Champion Development help me in this?

So, i've been playing League of Legends on the EUW for roughly four years now i believe. it's been fun and even since i started i fell in love with playing botlane, it began because i simply sucked at farming and so playing support was an easy fix for that but over the years i simply loved being able to play with friends. I simply love being able to play with my friends and the reward of having great synergy with my teammate. so here's my question, Is there any champion in development, or has anyone ever considered making a champion that is controlled by two summoners?

I first became intrigued with the idea after the announcement of kindred and later again with Rakan and Xayah, and despite my love for Rakan both time i was hit with great disappointment when i learned that it wasnt a duel controlled champion.

When i had a short break from league and played HoTS i came to learn about Cho'Gall and freaking loved it. me and my friend have played him for hours on end so i believe a champion like this could be possible so please is anything like this being thought of, or if anyone would even be interested in the concept of a duel controlled champion? i'd really love to hear about it.
