holy shit, well I guess I shouldn't be surprised. League copies a little bit of everything from wukong for wukong, attack on titans for camille, nine tail fox for ahri, bioshock for nautilus, mega man as a big influence on ezreal's pulsefire skin and many many more. It's not even that close. They're just boxy letters, that's all. Aside from that, LoL is more slender, has less letter overlap, and has padded edging on the lettering. Not saying it's completely different by any means, but it's a font. Unless you start calling in Wingdings, you're going to start to run out of options, at least ones that are clean-looking.
