How I feel about Season 8

So, I might be the only one who feels like this or maybe a lot feel the same but I honestly feel like Season 8 of league is the most unsatisfied I've ever been about the game. every champion seems to be treated like an assassin with most new items seeminly added to make the life of an Assassin that much easier, the meta seems to heavily favor burst champions, teamfights last half a second and your base might aswell be a massive sandcastle as a single good hit will knock it down with ease.

I honestly hate the keystones, half of them favor Assassins even in paths that arent ment for assassins.

Sorcery, Empowers abilities and resource manipulation, you know how many of these actually effect your resources? a total of one rune. one single rune that actually improves your mana or if you want to count gaining CDR, two. in the mean time there are four runes that effect your mobility which is nice for supports and ap assassins but you know who does nothing with that? the everyday caster.

Anivia, Aurelion Sol, Karthus, Lissandra, Malzahar, Taliyah, Velkoz, Xerath, what are they suppose to build? well domination ofcourse, a heavy DPS runeset because being a control mage now means you're a glass cannon whether you like it or not. if you want a path that would give you some more mana you're shit out of luck unless you want to settle for one of two runes, one of which is part of the Precision runepath which more often that not is useless to a caster as none of the runes really help except for the last runes which all grand you more DPS.

im upset, like honestly, I'm sorry for ranting but this is genuinly annoying me. did you know that Velkoz can burst a draven at 6 with two abilities, W R, you know what item you need for it? Rylai's crystal, because Velkoz benifits so damn much from the Domination runes and it was funny when it started but damn how much I hate it now because its just everything I dislike about this, Assassin's cant brust a Velkoz because Velkoz's burst doesnt have a delay meaning a Velkoz can just burst an assassin while they're setting up or in their delay, Katarina, Zed, all powerless against it.

This game has devolved so much towards favoring heavy damage over all else, I've seen more Domination Bard's than I've seen Bard's actually healing allies. I hate it, so much.. as a support main, this hurts me. support has devolved into Burst botlaner. If im lucky, i encounter a healing support like a nami or soraka, to acompany their adc burst botlaner like Jhin, Miss Fortune or Caithlyn. speaking of which Stormrazor is not healthy for this game, giving Jhin two auto crits with his massive damage, is not okay, Zed with an auto crit, is not okay. this item is a joke for anyone that thinks its okay to play anything that cant either kill anything infront of them or tank it to the point where they dont even have to look at it. if you're a squishy champ without damage, you'll be dead half of the time because positioning doesnt even matter anymore with champions running at mach 5.

I just really hate the game where it stands right now because i know it can be so much better. it's upsetting. i want good teamfights back, teamfights that took atleast a few moments, that allowed you to see everything happen in all its glory, i want pushes where you had to risk everything to make a final push because you knew if your enemies respawned you wouldnt be able to come back and those towers would be back to full health. I want carefull planned stategy in botlane where the supports basically played chess against one another as they looked for any weakness on their opponent's side. I want the game back that I fell in love with all these years ago because right now, that love is fading.
