Because Lee is superior.

Depends on what you need in your jungler. Lee has a safer and more dangerous early game, but Vi scales better.

Dude Braum top is awesome if you ever try that.

EDIT: Weakish early game but dueling power is really good late game.

Idk about Braum jungle, man. His clear is slow af, his ganks are subpar without his ult... if you want a tank support jungler you might as well just go Alistar honestly.
