Need new item for Silver and Below

Please create an item only available to the player with the most gold income at 15 minutes so he/she can control the other teammates in the game. Too often in these low level games do teammates squander leads because they only want to chase kills in the fog of war and die, giving up pressure, gold and map control. At least with this item we would be able to temporarily take control of their character's movement to have them back off when pinged to do so.

You know, when you see "Enemy team has slain Dragon" and your adc is standing in the river bush thinking its a good time to engage on that 1 guy who was mid to distract from dragon?
