What if Shiv only damaged minions?

We've been there. Full HP then an ADC hits a minion wave from a map away that crits chains off a minion wave onto you for 30% of your HP #outplayed!

item 3087 should be an item used to help with waveclear, not to AoE the entire enemy team. ADCs are meant to have high damage single target while mages bring the AoE, but as it is now mages arent even needed with double ADCs being taken more and more. Make Shiv non champ only so they can still clear fast

item 3085 can be taken for the AoE teamfight with on hit effects but needs them to be closer in range for the extra bolts to hit

item 3087 would be pretty worthless compared to the other items, item 3085 would be a bottom tier pick if the spread was lowered, to the point that it's only a stat stick item. Which is bad, because item 3046 is way better.
