It stops everything else, but things like Swain R and Vlad R healing factors. It feels more like an exploit and a bug than it does some means of outplaying. I feel even more cheated when this happens. It's just dirty and disgusting.
Stasis effects don't stop abilities from occurring; it's always been that way.
Fiddler ult works that way too, nothing wrong with that :O
Sorry, are you saying that you don't like when healing can occur in stasis?
I believe the issue they are bringing is that Certain champs heal themselves during stasis. Thr ult itself is fine however if I understood correctly
