Also from 8.19 patch notes: 46% win rate Kench in the support role is too good, so we're removing 12% of his HP at level 1. Doesn't even matter if he gets this HP back by level 18, his win rate drops like a rock after mid game.

Granted, I play jungle Kench, but losing 2 AAs of hp at level 1 means I now have an even harder time fighting for scuttle crab early.

Actually can't see any other reason to buff Kha Zix, than to just sell more skins.
