PSA for Champ Select, trading, and the like

Please pay attention in Champ select. If someone needs to first pick a highly banned champion that made it through banning phase (Raka, Udyr, Fiora, Xin) and you didn't pre-pick a champion, at least answer in lobby so you can adequately trade champions.

Like jeez the AFKs in champ select are so real it's insane.
