I have had many people talking about lightning on the rift and what not, I am guessing this is something similar as to what they are talking about. i haven't seen it myself, but many people have told me they have.

the sound wasn't that bad, plus it isn't my video. As for it being a bug, how sure are you? Have you seen lightning such as this or any other kind in game before?

Yeah, if viktor ults and i leave the area, or get a lag spike the animation for his lightning will persist for 10+ minutes, also see it for shit like swain ult, and some skin effects
