I just can't carry/win ranked games.

No matter how good I play, or how much I win lane I just can't carry my team. Botlane loses 90% of the time and refuces to play safe, they always 2 v 2 even though they're 3 levels behind and go 1-8 early game. Top lane uses teleports at the worst scenarios and also loses big time. Jungler rarely helps any of the 2 other lanes. I'm not even mad at how some of my teammates play, I'm suprised that I get matched with them instead.

And the worst part is, I get better teammates who actually communicate and try to win in normals more than in ranked. Not kidding, I get so many good teams in normals compared to ranked, which is really sad if you think about it. I don't know anymore, maybe I'm playing the wrong champion.
