Syndra Q-E combo BUGGED (again)

Since Syndra has been released her abilities always had some bugs, but last game I've encountered a pretty big one.

Most Syndra players know some of the Q-E combos which you perfectly land on the enemy, your Q lands right on the enemy followed by your E. This time I did one against a Karma standing still, she didn't even move let alone get stunned. I've also encountered some other bugs like the sphere you E out gets back to you instead of knocking back. These are game changing bugs and Syndra's Q-E combo is a core part of Syndra. It's the only way you can set up kills, ganks, escapes pretty much everything.
