I can tell looking at your match history that you need to learn to play from behind. When you're falling behind you're going on full tilt and feeding. Also stop playing JUNGLE SYNDRA, if you know something is a bad idea you can't complain when it doesn't work. Set your roles as mid and top, not mid and jungle. Syndra top wouldn't be the worst thing in the world, if you're dead set on playing nothing but Syndra. It's better than Syndra jungle at least (do you have any idea how many jungler champions could just invade you and straight murder you 1v1 as jungle syndra? Not to mention mages scale better with levels, and the jungler is typically 2 levels behind solo laners, there's a reason SYNDRA JUNGLE isn't hype)
When you're looking to improve you need to work on consistency over fancy scores. It doesn't matter if you go 30-0 one game and then go 0-18 the next, and so on and so on. You're flaky, hit or miss, unreliable. It would be better to go 3-2 over the course of 20 games, because that shows consistency. It shows that even if you fall behind, you don't just roll over and die, you can play safe and make a comeback if the opportunity presents itself. Your scores say that you do well when you're ahead, but if you fall behind you keep trying to play aggressively, you don't build accordingly, and you just get wrekt and feed. Work on playing from behind, learn how to last hit under tower and play like a bitch. If you can get that down you should be good.
I'm not sure how it works in mid, but for ADCs last hitting under tower is, let melee creeps take 2 shots, then last hit. For ranged creeps (better hope you have a good support), it's one auto from your support, one tower shot, then last hit. I THINK for mages mid, your autos are about the same as a support, so it's one auto, two tower shots, then last hit for melees, then one auto, one tower shot, then last hit for ranged minions. If you can get this down to near perfect, you never have to worry about falling behind in lane again, because you can always just hide under your tower, play like a bitch, still get farmed up and hold out til laning phase ends, so unless you get dove on you shouldn't die. Most people don't understand this concept, and people who do understand it get pretty frustrated with people who die repeatedly ("stop feeding"), because they know what you should be doing, and you're not doing it.
Also I highly recommend you change your build. Abyssal Scepter, Morellos and then Hourglass gives AP, mana regen, cooldown reduction, and even gives MR and armor, making you less squishy, it's everything you could want. Abyssal's build path is strong in lane as well (if you're ahead, buy the damage components first. If you're behind, a negatron cloak can cripple their damage and help you survive laning).
