General Mana by level increased to 63 from 50

Well, I guess it's something...

However this won't change the fact that she doesn't exist untill 6, her Q deals less than auto attacks early on while being mediocre mid and falls of late. In fact this lets her be in the same current state of right now, outclassed by 90% of the midlaners. Her Q is the worst ability out of all the midlaners that have a similar spell, in terms of damage per mana. I'm not even joking.

After 8-9 months of waiting for just a simpel Q buff and this is what she gets?

she exists before 6...she has tons of zoning and fair amount of damage. she is also a great counter to cheese champs like annie. in fact I'd say shes one of the best 3 counters to annie.
