15-40 flat damage reduction for 3 seconds every 45 seconds just annoys me a little bit, ya know?
I wouldn't be so mad if this was only run on tanks but due to Chrysalis also being a thing, almost EVERYONE are speccing into Resolve just to get those stats.
Could just be me.

Most likely. Bone plating is the only thing that helps against burst and to a small degree against snowballing. Though to be fair, since most of the times it gets poked down, you end up reducing less damage than one would expect.
