Yasuo gets a Twitch ult that KNOCKS UP on a 2 second cooldown!!

Who cares about the stun. He 2 hits anyone late game. That's so freaking op.. And tom hanks saving anyone who's about to die. Fiora with that massive heal. And now they added Kindred with her "no, you can't kill me" ult.

Riot how about making some champions who can counteract that extreme safety?

Actually, it's a ranged J4 ultimate and with any displacements, it comes with a free Condemn.

But don't mind that, it's on an 8 second CD with 40% CDR and lasts for 3 seconds.

I want to suggest something crazy, what if the cage only snairs them. But if they try to dash or get knocked against the walls they get stunned. To compensate the arm time can be reduced slightly.

Veigers stun is much easier to avoid because: 1. Thresh can literally pull himself into the middle of your team to use it and 2. it's instantaneous. Also, their kits are completely different. Veiger without a stun is easily collapsed upon, while thresh isn't necessarily because 1. he's tanky and 2. you wouldn't want to because he doesn't really do anything other than provide cc.
