EVERYTHING TO DO WITH GAMEPLAY

On top of the horrible waste of time i am in right now (GAME STILL NOT OVER) with having our top laner say 1 word at the start then AFK. The enemy team refuses to win, and 2 jerks on my team refuse to surrender. This game is being defended by 2 players on my team, against 5 on the other, and it still wont end because they refuse to let it. This is such a waste of time. If there are AFKs during a game, it should either let you quick with no penalty, or perma ban the people who AFK in ranked games. Because i am tired of having this happen constantly.
