Balance matchmaking, i get teams way lower than i should. So i lose cause of my team, and get a worse team, then lose again. No idea what they are doing, just a free for all with no communication. No understanding of basic team fighting, farming, anything, and yet you are telling me these are people on my level? so broken, and the worst part of your game. These people are supposed to be in gold, and cant get 50 farm in 10 minutes. I just don't get it. What should be know/be capable of in gold? i expect a bronze to not farm or understand team fights, i expect a silver not to have a firm grasp of positioning yet. But if you are telling me normal gold play involves 0 team com, no real farming, no understand of basic team fighting, i should be in upper plat or, but i will never make it, because i main support, and a plat support will never carry a team that just feeds and refuses to com.

And your opponents? Are they always much better? Don't you think it's weird random if it's always your team who's worse than the other, knowing that if all of you have the same mmr, you have the same probability of being matched with who your opponents were?

No, my opponents are not better, i watch them go out of position, get caught, stand in warded areas, and a million other things. But i ping, no one will go and kill them, no one will invade the jungle when theirs is in top, no one cant exploit their mistakes. i am not playing against good people, i get most DPS as support half my games, like how?

Well, supports usually carry laning, vision and calls. If your mates are blind, and don't listen ; maybe you should play another role and abuse the obvious mistakes your opponents make to roflstomp everyone (you could play braindead champion for instance and 1v5), and get to an MMR where people are more encline to get carried by you as a support.

Play another role is not a solution, my entire personality is centered around a support style champ. I am great at it, and do not enjoy the other roles anywhere near as much.

No it doesn't, because if i duo q. It makes sure to balance our team out by giving me 3 players much much worse. We usually can get 5-10 kill in 10 minutes. But the other team will already have 20 from the other 3 players before we are out of laning phase.

The problem is right back to matchmaking. It has no idea how to connect people at a similar skill level.

First part, I am not in bronze, i am in gold, so i queue with a plat or gold adc, and we get mostly golds. But my golds will feed 10-20 kills within 10 minutes, a fed gold player, with that many kills, game over (usually).
Coming off 5 straight losses atm, had to play top in 3. Still lose, not my best roll, best on team though, positive KDA, low deaths, near most farm each game, towers pushed to inhib, etc.)

If i being paid to work on matchmaking, i would spend that time, but i don't work for RIOT. But since you ask. Their is enough to determine who is playing what rolls very easily. Who starts/kills more in jungle, who starts/kills more farm in what lane at the start, who ran support comparatively to the adc, or you can recognize you have a kill lane when both run kills style and share farm.

So given that. (Assume 30 minute average game) Top-Mid-ADC: +3 for kills, +1 for assists, -2 for deaths +1 per 18 farm Support-Jungle:

+1 for kills, +3 for assists, -2 for deaths

Support only: +1 per 56 farm killed in close proximity by team mate +1 per 400 healing

Jungle only: +1 per 3 large camps

All: +1 per 250 Damage to champs +1 per 1000 damage to other +1 per 500 damage taken +1 per 5 seconds attacking tower +1 per 1000 healing +1 per 6 wards +1 per 3 scans +1 per 3 oracles (i don't remember exact timers here, should be set up appropriately)

Math for modifiers:

-Kill/Deaths within first 2 minutes x2 -Kill,Deaths within first 10 minutes x1.5 -Kill/Deaths within 1 minute of each other additional x.25 per death, compounding, decreasing counter each minute with no death(30 seconds for kill) -Kill while outside starting lane (roaming assist/kill) pre 10 minutes x2 Game ending modifiers (given statistical standing comparative to all league players, my numbers are hypothetical)

under 50 percentile no bonus 50-60 overall bonus +.1 60-70 overall bonus +.2 70-80 overall bonus +.3 80-100 overall bonus +.5 in the following fields Kill participation % K+A/D Ratio Gold (compared to specific role)

You get the idea. Should have 100's of pieces but it can be done. that's off the top of my head in 10 minutes. Give m a paycheck for the week, 40 hours, every bit of historical data RIOT has access to, and i could probably bang out a more effective Ranking system than Win/Loss. Give me another 2 months of PBE testing and feedback/collaboration, and you have a job riot should have done years ago.

I missed a bit, after calculated end result, might have something like Red Top+34 Mid+21 ADC+17 Support+29 Jungle+7 Blue Top+14 Mid+12 ADC+21 Support+20 Jungle+2

You can tell the jungles either fed or didn't do much in the way of assisting the team beyond farm jungle( must have been an udyr) Blue Top and mid lane performed below the rest of the team, Reds top and support did great. Given the loss of Blue side, (more math to run) MMR Red team plus 20 MMR Blue minus 20 MMR Modifiers for performance Red TOP +25 Mid+20 ADC+19 Support+24 Jungle+16 Blue Top -21 Mid -23 ADC --16 Support-17 Jungle-30

Very rough numbers
