Is it by design or glitch that you can not move kalistas passive anymore?

This needs to be changed then, they still sell the item in the shop.
On top of the fact i hate it doesn't allow you to refuse her using it on you. I cant stand being in a fight and then all of a sudden im gone and my adc screwed me over.
You can only change oathsworn partners in the first 30 secs of the game iirc.
Should be movable, and require confirmation from who you use it on
