Grievous wounds feels useless

Just played a game against an enemy Vladimir and Aatrox. Couldn't fucking dent the dudes without them pressing q to get half their hp back. We had two people with morellos, one with thornmail, and I had an executioners calling so 4 people on the team had a source to apply grievous wounds, plus ignites. Literally once I was full build I just straight up sold the executioners because it felt like it didn't even matter. Almost all of us had a way to inflict them but Aatrox and Vlad would just heal up like it was nothing, not to mention the fact they were healing every 2 seconds anyways. Either reduce some champ's god damn healing or make grievous wounds actually mean something.
