A big Tahm change
What if they completely removed Tahm W's ability to pick up allies, bring back his 200 range AA and increased his E healing back to old values? Then change his ultimate to grant vision in the usable area (so not global like twisted fate) and add a small ap ratio heal to it for both Tahm and his ally? That way, instead of Tahm saving people (which honestly goes 180 degrees away from his lore), it makes him an offensive support that can quickly take his carry to an advantageous position immediately after a successful fight into a new fight?
