I see Magical Footwear on many recommended pages for champs, but I don't really understand why. I've had it described to me as a noob trap before that could be used for something much more useful, and I don't think it's been changed since its release, although I could be wrong. What makes it so desirable?
FOR JUSTICE1 votesfree ass boots. you save 300g, with better upgraded stats on t2. it also added a price reduction of 50g too, netting you 350 gold to use on something else. its not much to most, but when youre playing people like 
every single bit of gold you can get/save counts.
in most cases though, stopwatch is better if the enemy team has damn good dive potential.

Kaioko2 votesIt doesn't actually save you the 50g anymore that was nerfed. And other than Ezreal those 4 other champs should not be going into inspiration. Yasuo and Fiora want to go into domination with the occasional resolve as their second tree and Twitch and Trist want to go in sorcery for celerity and gathering storm.
