Matchmaking on rankeds
Just a vague question. Can the matchmaking on rankeds be improved or is it good already? Also is there any way to prevent people from being held hostage by trolls during champ select ? Please no hate just a doubt

Punishment? Probably additional time you have to spend waiting in a que would be enough to discourage most players and Chronic issues cases could be flagged then removed from the game.
