Riots removal of spell vamp going to hurt Akali?

I dont like fighting her anyways, just wondering if this will make getting counter picked by her more "winnable" or whatever the word is when i don't have the opportunity to ban her. I know Gunblade is a core item so I'm jw if the MYMU items will make her weaker or stronger considering her main item is going to be losing Spell vamp which means she'll be relying on her passive (spell vamp runes getting trashed too?) for sustain in laning and combat. Also since I'm here is Riven a good pick to her? Any good champ to counterpick with Riven I'll take. Im realistically hoping that it will weaken her because I feel like it would make laning against her as a Yasuo main a lot less hellish, considering she might not get as much of a powerspike with Revolver which in turn would make getting counterpicked by her a lot less: stay under turret, roam, or hope your jungler will actually gank you (not all bronze junglers gank lanes that are pushed to turret).

Anyways, Yes? No? I can't really tell, I havent seen any footage of her yet with the reworked gunblade so I dont know if she's weaker or stronger on Pbe.
