Executioner's Calling

#Hey Boards

Jack here with yet another attempt at making Executioner's Calling viable.
-->

|Executioner's Calling (2000 Gold)
item 3144

  • +25 Attack Damage
  • UNIQUE Passive: +15% Lifesteal
  • UNIQUE Passive: Basic attacks inflict Grievous Wounds on enemy champions for 1.5 seconds on-hit.
  • UNIQUE Active: Deals 10% of the target's missing Health as physical damage (min. 100) and slows the target champion's Movement Speed by 25% for 2 seconds (90 second cooldown).
  • Passive: Kills and Assists reduce the cooldown of the active effect by 30 seconds.
-- -- --

25 Attack Damage = 900 Gold
15% Lifesteal = 825 Gold
-> 1725 Gold & 86,25% Gold efficiency.

Late game viability through Grievous Wounds and missing Health damage.

-- --

My reasoning in giving the item Lifesteal instead of Crit Chance was that more champions can effectively make use of Lifesteal than Crit Chance - more Bruisers and Fighters and Junglers.
And with Lifesteal the item would be similar to the Mages' Morellonomicon, with both items granting sustain.

So, what do you think?

Thanks for reading,

Jack.

I'd like to see Executioner's Calling retain the +2G/CS from Avarice Blade ... but that's just personal preference. Like your idea too -- I could go for Executioner's Calling being built out of Sword of the Occult + Avarice Blade.

I think a spam able execute could be a bit too strong. Especially when paired with botrk. Using both actives on a low health target would give you significant burst with 0 counter play. Think of how strong this would be for zed lol.

You couldn't get 1 kill and 2 assists or any combination of the two? It would be horribly strong on zed paired with botrk. Being able to attack max health and missing health at the same time for his ult lol ouch. I could see kha loving this item after he gets his evolved q. I guess I just don't like the idea of a free cc execute that anyone can build and use with no counter play to it.
