also if you need the extra AP you can swap a ludens for the boots. they give about as much movement speed plus 100 AP. obviously.

MunchCrunchLunch1 votesnah am tryna get a quick burst but i guess that definitely works too. teemo is obviously flimsy and you want the quick burst so I'd rather have 50% speed outright than 84% over the course of few stacks. and really its an optional item you can get idk dark void if they are building MR or ludens if you need the 10% movement speed
