Didn't Riot nerf Vayne's Q so she wouldn't burst squishies anymore?
Because it seems like nothing has changed. She's still AA + Q + AAing squishies for almost their entire health bar after getting 2 items. On top of that she's even better at dealing with tanks than before because Riot felt the need to "compensate" her with buffs to her W. Her build path is exactly the same as before, with tons of crit and burst, so nothing changed there. Let's not forget the extended ult duration buff that no one asked for but we got anyway because reasons. I know Rito has a boner for ADCs and everything, but they're supposed to be the DPS class. An ADC with better burst than most mages should never happen.
