Some runes should also scale with HP (Domination, Sorcery, Precision)

AD/AP or HP based on what you're invested in. For example: Taste of blood, Nullifying Orb, Fleet Footwork, could all scale with HP. There would be nothing broken, it would just give more options, much more interesting ones. I'm getting really sick and bored of picking the same runes each game. Basically as a tank Resolve/Inspiration every game, which are not even ideal for me and force me into playing a way I'm not enjoying.

I think like 2 season have passed and not a single change to the Runes, it's getting boring.
