I always ban Darius because he makes the laning phase unplayable and un-enjoyable to go through. Basically he pulls you once and you're dead...Mordekaiser does the exact same thing currently with no way to fight back, it's a fight you cannot win.
If I ban Darius I have to fight Mordekaiser, if I ban Mordekaiser then vice-versa and in conclusion lost the laning phase with no chance.

Your problem probably isn't with morde. It's with powercreep. The conqueror changes were just the straw that broke the camel's back.
Just ban Mordekaiser. you can play around Darius easier than you can Mordekaisers R button.

Mordekaiser is a worse Darius.....
His pull has more wind up and is easily dodged. His Q does less damage if it hits minions. His ult can be removed with QSS, and he doesn't get a slow until he finishes Rylais so he can't stay on targets. He has no scaling heal, his ult doesn't reset on kills and ignores all resists.
When he ults a person he denies his team a frontline until he comes out of the shadow realm.
Darius is a far superior champ.
Sounds like you just really need to learn how to lane against that type of champ tbh. Also they have similar playstyles but are very different in their power spikes. Mord can do almost nothing without items.
Morde is a better manaless darius that can build better and be more inpactful
It's really just conquerer. Heals for 15% of damage done. The problem is that every other thing in the game that "heals for a % of damage done" is reduced by 66% for aoe spells, and conquerer isn't for some godforsaken reason.
Darius has far more counterplay on farm more champions than Mordekaiser does.
I understand the sentiment about Darius, but unless he has Flash or Ghost or a crap load of move speed items versus people who don't, he's 100% avoidable and punishable, even by a lot of melee champions.
Morde's regenerating shield, ult, and 70-80% HP hit Q really make him far more reliable, primarily because the combination results in situations where it's hard to even break through his shield, much less his HP, which allows him several opportunities to miss but still kill you.
The only difference is the way you use your gap of making short trades before either of the two fully proc their passives on you. Both are lethal but one hurts less than he other depending on given situation and lane match ups.
Say Camille with Phage can easily do her full combo and kite darius out before he can even E you, where as Mordekaiser takes away your only mobile kiting ability by perma slowing you with Crystal scepter, therefore Mordekaiser being able to proc his passive where as Darius being unable to do crap against you.
Darius has a good laning phase and falls off later. Mordekaiser has a decent laning phase but he does really well mid-late game. Mordekaiser is just a far better Darius and you're better off banning Mordekaiser than Darius. He's a far safer pick. OTP Darius players are even playing Mordekaiser. Actually, Mordekaiser is an AP Darius with no mana that is safe and takes far less risks who does better in team fights. Morde's win rate is 52.2% (in pretty much all ranks) while Darius' is 50.9% (49% in lower ranks). I like facing Darius in lane more than a lot of top champions. I don't ban Morde only because I sometimes play him and I don't always have trouble against him, but I think players should be banning him.
When you see somone pick morde you should be picking jax olaf illaoi or trundle... trust me
