Why isn't ARURF ACTUALLY All Random?

Just open the whole champion pool what is wrong with you Rito people have specialised accounts made just for this game mode that has all the OP champs ONLY

Out of playing this weekend and last weekend, I have noticed an insane amount of fiora, brand and ziggs. Brand and Fiora are almost every single game, while ziggs is around every other game. I got j4 5 times in a row last week, after the first game I rerolled every time after. I own 98 champs, so every time it randomly selected j4? That sounds a bit off to me, and as for the super op champs I have only had the pleasure to play them a handful of times, out of the probable 30+ games played over last weekend and currently, I got Zed once which was my last game, and Talon once which was a couple games ago. Meanwhile the game just constantly gives me champs that I hate, suck with, or are overall garbage in urf while the other team has the classic faceroll amazing team comp. Infact, EVERY single "All Random" thing is literally just a stomping. I'm pretty sure my win rate is 50% in ARAM and friends say that is lucky! Every random game mode just devolves into "Crap, i got this awful champ..let me reroll...and they gave me an even worse champion...I have one more reroll, and good they gave me Aatrox.....I wonder who they got....so rito gave me asstrox, and gave them Kat, Lux, Fiddle, Malph...10/10".
