Twilight Shroud just makes it to where she must put points into it to become a nuisance.

I like the overall nerf to PE though, even if it is barely one. Akali of all champs should never be blowing up people so easily early on, and if you don't have resistances late as a squishy you get nuked by any carry, not just Akali.

Didn't adc champions have something similar after rune update? That the lack of flat ad made last hitting "different" than before and even if it had 3hp left after an autoattack, minion would still die and give gold? Or is it something completely different and I'm just making a clown out of myself?
