To be fair, if such a thing was ever added, they would probably pull an Ahri on him, just make it so he can only jump x amount of times at most per Ult.

But on topic I think it is a bad idea. Everyone saw how bad it was when Ekko came out and he had that. Riot even for how stupid they are and their blatant favoritism wouldn't make that mistake again.
