Not sure what's going on, but off meta picks are starting to become the norm. AP Lucian Mid. Garen Support. Sure "it can work", but I'd rather have something that actually does work. I've dodged 3 times in my last couple of tries and the only game I didn't dodge, I wish I had. Most of my games seem to be decided on who has less of the "it can work" picks.

End of season approaches, people spam ranked to get last minute goals. Salt and toxicity increases drastically.
Get used to this cycle because it always happens
EndlessSorcerer1 votesI generally just try to hit my goal (i.e. Platinum) around the middle of the syseason (after people have time to reach their approximate ranking and before people stop caring).
After that, I generally just play ranked to avoid decay or whenever the mood hits me. After reaching Platinum and knowing how toxic Platinum 1/Diamond 5 tends to be, I don't really have the motivation to push for it.

one game my team picked adc top, adc mid with an adc in bot lane... I was told to get the stick out of my ass so I said sure, fawk it... I went adc ashe support so we had 4 adcs on the team and amumu jungle they enemy team built so much armor and ad /as reduction amumu went full ap and melted people getting triple , quadra and I think one penta kill. we could siege and take objectives very easily it ended up being fun.

Can't stand playing with people who only play meta and FOTM picks, they are by far the most toxic players and they suck.
